Todd is a veteran in real estate lending and commercial finance with over two decades of experience in the industry. Having launched his own mortgage company in 2000, Todd quickly expanded into commercial lending, completing his first SBA 7(a) loan in 2004 and growing the firm’s focus on commercial real estate, business loans, equipment financing, and working capital solutions.

After navigating the challenges of the 2008 market crash, Todd transitioned to leadership roles at Chase and US Bank, where he sharpened his expertise in both residential and commercial lending. In 2020, he leveraged this extensive background to establish his own Commercial Brokerage, specializing in commercial real estate and business financing. Todd now operates on a national scale, utilizing his robust network of lenders to facilitate transactions across all 50 states.
