About Shawn Huss

Shawn Huss joined Warsaw Federal in 2022 as a senior vice president mortgage lending. Shawn has more than 29 years of experience in the banking industry and has funded over $2 billion in loans in his career. In his current role, he focuses on helping customers with purchases, refinances, doctor loans, construction loans, VA and FHA loans. He also has extensive background in helping the investor community in residential lending.

Previously, he was senior vice president, mortgage consultant at First Place Bank which became Huntington National Bank through mergers and acquisitions. He started with National City Mortgage in 1993.

Shawn is the mortgage master! He has helped thousands and thousands of clients and has a great following in the real estate investment community. His ability to move loans quickly through the process is unmatched. He has a unique competency in self-employed borrowers and the strategies/programs needed to get them approved.
