Edward Bardavid is a real estate investor specializing in turnkey, rent-ready homes with Section 8 tenants. In just two years, Edward has acquired 10 properties using the BRRRR strategy (Buy, Rent, Rehab, Refinance, Repeat), allowing him to build a strong portfolio while minimizing risk. All of his properties are rented to Section 8 tenants, providing stable, government-backed rental income and long-term financial security. Edward has consulted with many investors, helping them acquire and manage turnkey Section 8 properties, guiding them through the entire process—from identifying profitable deals to property management.
Greg Kurzner

Greg has been involved in real estate investing for over 35 years and started his own brokerage and property management firm early in his career. He later expanded into development and construction, managing large-scale residential and commercial projects, including townhomes, apartment complexes, and single-family subdivisions. Greg has worked with major institutional investors and handled foreclosure sales for lenders like Fannie Mae and HUD. In recent years, he has focused on mentoring and coaching investors.
Brian Waters
Brian is a Fire Captain at Los Angeles County FD and a full time real estate investor and real estate coach. Brian specializes in acquiring property out of state using the BRRRR-Method, House Flipping and Long Term Turnkey Rentals. He loves to help his students set up their real estate portfolio as a business so they can benefit from the many tax strategies associated with owning Real Estate
